Elizabeth Massing, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of 14 West and the Agora Companies, is a seasoned professional with an innate ability to connect with authentic individuals and foster human connections. With over 20 years of global experience, she embodies women leadership working her way through Agora’s ranks from intern to C-suite. Her journey began like many in the publishing industry, evolving into a fulfilling career marked by passion for people and innovative workplaces.

Elizabeth is a matchmaker by nature who supports a range of strategic partnerships on behalf of Agora, addressing challenges from talent acquisition to brand awareness. Beyond her corporate role, she's deeply committed to community service, recognized as the 2019 Ally Partner of the Year by the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce.

In her role at 14 West, Elizabeth builds inclusive workplaces globally and educates on leadership. Her journey from intern to a key leader showcases her commitment to diversity. She actively supports Baltimore organizations, championing women's leadership and the arts community. Elizabeth's story is not just about climbing the corporate ladder but reshaping it for others.
