As a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of recruitment experience, Scott is known for driving employment brand growth, maximizing operational excellence and providing a premiere candidate experience. Scott also serves as a Board Member on TALK (Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes) which is the world’s largest society of Talent Acquisition professionals. And prior to his current Chief role he served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Administration at Ameristar Casino.
