Wendy R. Bradford is Counterpart International’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Culture. She brings to the organization expertise in strategic planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, human resource processes, performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution – both domestically and internationally. Bradford is responsible for overall domestic and international human resource functions. She is also a member of the Society for International Development’s board of directors.


Before joining Counterpart International in 2018, she was Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at the QED Group, where she directed all of the ‘people functions’ of the organization, including talent acquisition, orientation, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, and talent development. Prior to that, Bradford was the Director of Human Resources at Creative Associates International, where she developed and implemented international and domestic human resource programs, procedures, and processes related to benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
